Your Guide To Chandigarh: The City Beautiful

Welcome folks!!!
Welcome to Chandigarh, the City Beautiful.

Here's your short guide to the city, hope it will help you to explore its bounties...
It's all based on my personal experience and of course,suggestions/comments are always welcomed..:)

Hot Spots:

Sukhna Lake:

Well...one of the greatest gift of Le Corbusier, this artificial lake in the foot hills of Shivalik is just awesome and the most cherish-able.

Get here in the morning, you will be welcomed by the splendid sunrise, and long fleet of ducks with their quack-quack :D You can exploit it's 3.5km long jogging track for morning exercise...and believe me you'r gonna love it.
At evening, get here, order a masala dosa or narial pani from CITCO restaurant, get a seat at roof top with lake view and the rest...as beautiful as the sunset with red and blue sky :)

Don't miss: boating, wooden key-chains with your name carved on them, nariyal pani
Word of Caution: Girls, please don't even dare to try those gol gappas served outside the lake entry.

Rock Garden:

Don't know what came into his mind that he, Nek Chand, came with gold from the scratch...
Rock Garden, one of the most picturesque, creative and splendid art...is just besides the Lake. You fill find here the walls made of cup plates, cement bags & sockets; bangle girls, artificial waterfall... everything beautiful.
